How to delete apps.

For iOS (iPhone, iPad)

  1. From the Home Screen:

    • Locate the app you want to delete on your home screen.

    • Press and hold the app icon until it starts to wiggle and an "X" appears at the top left corner of the icon.

    1. Tap the "X" Icon:

      • Tap the "X" on the app you want to delete.

      • A confirmation pop-up will appear, asking if you want to delete the app.

        1. Confirm Deletion:

          • Tap "Delete" to confirm.

          • The app will be deleted, and its icon will disappear from your home screen.

For Android Devices.

  1. From the Home Screen or App Drawer:

    • Open the "App Drawer" or go to your home screen.

    • Find the app you want to delete.

      1. Drag and Drop (some Android versions):

        • On certain Android versions, you can drag the app icon to the "Uninstall" or "Remove" option usually located at the top or bottom of the screen.

          1. App Info (alternative method):

            • Alternatively, you can tap and hold the app icon, then select "App Info" or the (i) icon.

            • In the App Info screen, you will find an "Uninstall" button. Tap it.

              1. Confirm Deletion:

                • A confirmation dialog will appear.

                • Tap "OK" or "Uninstall" to confirm.

                • The app will be deleted from your device.

For Windows 10

  1. From the Start Menu:

    • Open the Start menu and find the app you want to uninstall.

    • Right-click on the app's icon.

      1. Select Uninstall:

        • From the context menu, select "Uninstall."

        • A confirmation dialog will appear.

          1. Confirm Deletion:

            • Click "Uninstall" in the confirmation dialog.

            • Windows will uninstall the app, and it will be removed from your system.

Please note that some system apps or pre-installed apps may not have the option to uninstall completely, but you can often disable them to hide them from your app list. The exact phrasing and options might vary slightly based on the device manufacturer and Android version.
